We are committed to providing expert solutions to ensure you, as a PCBU, meet your legal obligations under the Health and Safety at Work (Asbestos) Regulations 2016. 

ASBESTOS SURVEYING

There are three types of asbestos surveys that can be carried out on a building:

 

Management Survey

Refurbishment Survey

Demolition Survey

RESPIRATOR FIT TESTING

It is a requirement for anyone working with asbestos to undergo an annual fit test for each type of respirator they wear

ASBESTOS MANAGEMENT PLANS

As Asbestos Management Plan covers how the identified asbestos will be managed in the workplace.

From 4 April 2018, all PCBU's with identified asbestos in the workplace are required to have an Asbestos Management Plan

TRAINING

Help your staff improve their understanding of the risks associated with asbestos and the controls needed to keep them safe

DOP HEPA FILTER TESTING

Equipment fitted with a HEPA filter that is used for asbestos work must undergo regular 6 Monthly DOP testing
